Emack & Bolio's | Albany, NY - About

Now two Emack & Bolio's shops are open in Albany, offering a new kind of ice cream & coffee house experience. Downtown on Delaware Avenue you can taste the homemade ice cream, fresh lemonade, or sip a coffee drink out in the garden under the lights. Listen to Live Music every Friday and Saturday night just down the road from the Spectrum theater. Uptown in Guilderland's town center, near the SUNY campus, Emack & Bolio's created a funky new space with a larger stage area allowing for bigger bands in this wifi coffee and ice cream joint. Hand-dipped chocolates, pastries, ice cream cakes, award winning smoothies and free Wi-Fi can be found at both shops. Discover all of the fabulous flavors!

Emack & Bolio's Rock n' Roll roots go back to the 70's when this Boston-based ice cream was born with the help of now famous musicians, like Deep Purple & Twisted Sister, who helped create some sweet flavors. New handmade flavors are created each year by its founder Bob Rook. Chocolate Mint Cookie Dough, Black Cherry and Pomegranate will be here this season! Only a handful of shops are in the Northeast and Albany, New York has become the newest and only Upstate location. A late night spot for live music, ice cream, coffee, and free Wi-Fi, Emack and Bolio's Downtown is open 11am-11pm in the summer with outside lighting reminiscent of a beach vacation. The Uptown shop opens at 7am weekdays for the morning coffee crowd!
